Christopher and Eric launch their Pride Month episodes with a True Crime TV Club dedicated to the slaying of a nightclub owner who helped found one of South Africa’s most vibrant gay communities, serving up “Murder In Cape Town: Who Killed Bruno Bronn?” from the Real Stories You Tube Channel. When Bruno Bronn was found murdered by his housekeeper in 2012, his friends and co-workers were sent reeling. Meanwhile, the number one suspect strutted through town as if he didn’t have a care in the world, even after he was arrested and charged. The result is a case that still raises questions about how we frame and honor the history of the gay community as well as the true motives and perpetrators of this tragic crime.
